We had a great experience. Claudia was wonderful with my son in assisting us with choosing a tux and measuring him and helping explain the fit. She has amazing customer service and I could tell she is very familiar and knowledgeable about the services offered. She explained the whole process to us. We returned the very next day to pick up and try on his tux it fit perfect. We were very excited to see that she was working again and was able to assist us again.

The suits were beautiful. Chelsea is who sent my suits in and is who I spoke with when I inquired with questions. They were delivered in more than sufficient time and packaged perfectly. They also made the return very easy. I can not wait until I need to order again, I know I will be taken care of.
