They answered my questions, treated me like a friend, and were very professional in the process of getting me fitted for my rental tuxedo. They made the whole experience that I had being a groomsman for my friend even more amazing!
The Tux fit perfectly and everything was in order. I do understand your process but it is kind of a hassle when you have to travel via air. The return process was easy and the Tux fit perfectly into the return bag.
