The entire rental service was excellent. Tuxedo was for a wedding in California, measurements were done at an tuxedo rental store in New Jersey. Measurements sent to Friar tux through a web site. At pick up the tuxedo fit perfectly. No issues.

The staff was very professional during my visit and helped my groomsmen and me select outfits that went best with what we were looking for. Having multiple locations to pick up/drop off was also convenient for the groomsmen who come from other cities.
My father, sister, and I came to the store in preparation for a funeral. As it was for a very somber occasion, we were both in a state of sadness upon entering the store. We knew it would be difficult because my father is disabled and requires help dressing, plus we did not have a set style, only a color scheme. However, the young lady who assisted us was so incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and attentive to our needs! She allowed us to see how different colors and styles would look on a mannequin, made great suggestions, and showed patience and care while collecting with my father's measurements. She was an outstanding rep, and made our visit a joy. Despite our hardship, we were able to find moments of fun and laughter, thanks largely in part to the staff who assisted us that day. Also, when picking up our suits for the final fitting, and upon returning, the young man who assisted us was very personable, attentive, and helpful in considering my father's limitations. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond in service of our needs. We will definitely be returning for our formal attire needs and will recommend this Friar Tux location to our friends and family! Thank you again for all you do!

Everything fit perfectly! When I went to pick up my suit for the wedding, I intended to take the ensemble without double checking the fitting. A lovely woman suggested that I try it on first. It turned out that my pants were too large, so she ordered me the correct size. My order was still ready in time for the wedding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. I will definitely be ordering my next suit from Friar Tux in Brea.

Customer service was great when able to reach them. Times were a bit tougher with a 08:00-17:00 EST job, but each interaction was good.
I think the only issues that occurred were from manually moving data over during the website change this past year.
