You need to check order before sending out. I know it is a busy time. But our order was missing studs, etc. Had to make return trip. NOT GOOD when it is already a very busy day. There were 2 people ahead of me who also were returning because items in order were incorrect. It only takes a few minutes per order vs an hour for return trip by the customer.
Don't hide behind "customer should check order before leaving". Store should check order before giving it to the customer.
That being said staff is very very friendly, helpful and well trained in sizing.

Friendly helpful people. However, there was one mishap... We reserved the vest/tie on Wed and came in to pick them up on Thurs, but when we arrived at the store, we were told they wouldn't be available for pickup on Friday. We should have been told not to come until Friday at the time we ordered on the phone on Wed.
