Very personable and easy. It was nice to not feel tied down to a size decision after measurements. I was ordered two different sizes for my jacket to make sure I had the right fit, and ultimately used the recommended size. As a man who likes options, this was nice. Plus, I missed the deadline to return my rental without a penalty. I arrived promtly the next day expecting to plea with the fitting expert, and didn't even have to say a peep as my return was simple. It was super easy and awesome.

Everything was in excellent condition and fit me well. I appreciated the clip on tie as I could not have remembered how to tie a real tie. I thought the shoe soles were slippery so I chose to wear my own shoes. I was pleased with the personnel and their work in fitting me. I would definitely recommend Friar Tux of Thousand Oaks to someone needing a rental suit or tuxedo.

The service was outstanding! Nicolas was so patient with us and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Associates from the store even called twice as our wedding was approaching to make sure we were happy with everything and to check to see if we needed any changes made. The pick up and drop off was easy and the tuxes all fit perfect. We had originally signed up with another company, but when we stopped by Friar Tux just to check prices, Friar Tux was $120 per tux cheaper than the other company. We quickly canceled our order with the competitor and went with Friar Tux. We're so glad we did!
