Actually, what made the experience good was because of Carlos' excellent customer service.
At first, we were not happy because the jacket wasn't in yet when we were supposed to pick up what we have rented and then; the pants was short to think that they did the usual fitting & others. Carlos' stepped up and turned the bad experience to a better one.

Very flexible with choices and pick up and drop off times. Employees were very cordial and empathetic.
The lady who assisted our son was very patient. She showed us several options and gave her honest opinion about what style, color, etc. would work best for him. Although the shop was very busy (prom season), we never felt rushed in making our decision. We will gladly recommend this store to his friends and return for next year's dance season.
Aside from the fact that I came in with only 1 week notice prior to the event, they still had a large selection od styles to choose from as well as sizes. They offered us everything we needed, with a smile on the entire time. Great customer service and great quality of suits.
