How friendly Lisa is and she is always willing to help you. However you cannot just walk in and speak with her you have to go threw someone else and I think this has hurt the customer because I do not feel it is as friendly as it was before.
Everyone in the office is very helpful. I've personally dealt with Lisa and Monique in the Wareham office and they always answer my questions without making me feel like I'm bothering them. If they don't know an answer to a question, they get back to me in a timely manner once they have an answer for me. In 2013 and the beginning of 2014, I needed quite a bit of assistance and Monique and Lisa were more than happy to provide me with the help I needed. They are wonderful!!'
