Nobody contacted me
Joshua Donaldson e validated my sliding glass door and referred me to a glass company to replace one pane He said he could not ethically sell me a new door when all I needed was a new glass pane.
Great service and response. We just can’t afford the work right now.
Brick Mason work needs to be done inside and outside of my home. Project manager came out one day and said that he wanted his brick Mason to come out and take a look. They both came out the next day. Great service and currently waiting on an estimate.
I was very pleased with the communication and follow-up to our introduction to your services. Matt was very thorough in his estimate for inside and exterior painting, and I certainly would utilize or recommend your services in the future. Greatly inflated estimate. Three times higher than han 3 other estimates.

Their promptness; many of us do not call until there is something wrong. Timeliness is certainly an asset.

When the job was looked at for an estimate the service person was honest and upfront with me about the repairs that were needed.
Matt was a dream to work with. He arrived ahead of schedule and immediately got to work by asking what I envisioned. Once he took measurements, he once again sat with me to make sure he clearly understood what I wanted to accomplish. Looking forward to working with the company because of Matt.

The cost of the installation was more than the cost of the product itself.
I first thank you for your time to provide us with a free estimate. Your employee was very professional and knowledgeable. We like what he offered us in doing the work, but it was too expensive for us. Again, Thank you for your time.
I'm not really happy that I have to answer this questionaire
The estimated for the contract company clearly did not want to do this job. He was negative right from the start. He told me the door I had that was pre measure for would not fit just by looking at it. Then after measuring he realized it was the correct door. Then out of nowhere he throws out a ridiculous price just so I would say no and he wouldn't have to do the job. Two other estimates over a 1 year period were $475 and $500...he throws out $1500...the whole process was a waste of my time
