I need some pretty minor things done and was told the ballpark would be 40-60k. And I don’t want to spend $1450 on plans. I had an architect draw up plans for several spaces in my home last year and spent half as much.
Looking for a lower price. Everything else was good.
Friendly, no pressure, professional, great product options.
Your guy said that he couldn't do this job so I had to get another company to do the work.
YOUR AGENT CAME AND DID A QUOTE ON THE WRONG WINDOW WE NEEDED INFINITY WINDOWS ON 28 WINDOWS I HAD TO GO IN TO THE STORE AND ASK WHY HE NEVER SEND ME THE QUOTE THE LADY SEND IT TO ME AND THAT IS HOW I FUNF OUT THE QUOTE IS WRONG I ASK FOR THE GUY TO CALL ME BACK AND HE DID DO A NEW QUOTE STILL WAITING TO HERE FROM HIM
I was very disappointed in the young men Tony who came out & gave me the wrong information. I was so glad to see Dave Collins the next day to assist with the project.
We haven't gotten the proposal yet, but when we do, we'll seriously consider the offer. Mike Hendley was very helpful and informative about the product, the company and the service.
too expensive. ill do it myself
Enthusiasm and knowledge of estimator
I have had Beltway Builder provide a quote for me on three different occasions and each time the pricing is way bloated. The first two was almost embarrassing. The first was to take over a renovation already in progress nearly completed with no supplies need and the quote was more than the original provide from the first vendor which completed the job. The second was 15k over my best prices and 10k over the median price. This quote is nearly 30k over what I paid for a kitchen renovation and the work is a mud room that is 150sq which is $400 per sqft. 60k for a mud room that doesn’t include floor or countertops.
I cannot do business with beltway builders any longer with these huge guesstimates.
Nothing. It is a large double door with side windows so it is expensive. Just trying to figure out how to pay for it.
I never met with them
Very informative on products.
Weren’t attentive or helpful & unfair pricing and accommodation.
We had an appointment scheduled for Mon. June 30th between 7-8:30pm. No one called us, and no one showed up! I do not do business with company's like this.
Made a appointment for a holiday and didn’t show up wasted my time
I would have preferred to meet in person vs a phone call. After doing some research, I have found that Leafless is not the way we are going to go.
Quality of product.
Don’t know yet. I have not received the estimate.
I don't like your salesman or the people who show up to do the estimate. My experience with your company was bad and i thought I can overcome it, but I cant and your expensive with poor quality and outcomes.
Comparatively TOO EXPENSIVE. Please remove me from email list - as previously requested
Promptness! Evaluation of project throughly explained! Professionalism!
The representative that came sealed the deal....I will NOT call your company again!
Competitive pricing and great sales consultant (Josh). In the end we went with another company for a slightly longer warranty and consistency with other windows in our house that had previously been replaced. I'd recommend Woodland to others.
I received an estimate for a portico replacement of $24k which is more than triple what I thought it should cost so I will get other contractors to provide an estimate for this work.
Mr. Friia is very personable and patient. It was a pleasure to speak with him.
Price reduction
The Bryce "is over 25% more than the 1st "I had 2 years ago
Love the bear!
The product looks great, but price is way too high. When we went into the store we were directed to the Woodland doors as being the most budget friendly. When the young man came to give an estimate, he only quoted on the fiberglass doors and said those were the most budget friendly. I have used Woodland before and don't remember them being so expensive. Additionally, the windows didn't have an important feature I am looking for - the ability to lock in the open position so I can sleep with my bedroom window open but still feel secure.
