I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care I received. I loved experiencing the MVP package. It was very relaxing and I would absolutely recommend people visit, in fact, I already ranted and raved to 2 friends about it and they expressed interest in going.
Stylist (Erika) is very professional and personable. Having her cut my hair is extremely comfortable, and she does a fantastic job.
Your appointment/check in system is archaic! You don't have the ability to check in one hour before if your stylist is available at the time of check in. If I check in from home, I have to drive to the shop (a 15 minute trip) & frequently, the stylist is already with another customer. Likewise if I check in via my cellphone in the parking lot...I frequently have to wait for an opening with a preferred stylist.

I liked Erica! She did so good with my 5 year old Grandson! She was kind and caring and listened to what I wanted as far as a haircut! She also had skills! His hair cut was Awesome and so was Erica!
Kind stylists who preformed to a standard of perfection, in doing so gave me amazing service.
I received excellent service from Shanna; she went above and beyond to really make sure I got the cut I wanted. I will be absolutely returning and requesting Shanna from now on.
Since I'm a regular, my haircut profile is in the system, and any stylist will know how to cut my hair. Also, being able to check-in at home makes it easy to time-manage my schedule, while being able to get my haircut without waiting or wasting time.
The staff is friendly and professional. I particularly like the woman who cuts my hair.

I went there on Veteran's Day to take advantage of your veteran's day special, as I've done in the past. I want to thank you for treating us veterans so good.
In the past, I have always received the massaging shampoo, steamed towel, etc., but this year, I only received a few squirts of water on my hair and then a hair cut. I was done in less than five minutes.
Maybe your veteran's day special has changed. (My apologies if so.) I was really looking forward to this, as I only get my hair cut once a year.

Tiff was really excellent. She really understood what I needed and was exceptional at providing an amazing experience even after being gone so long from SportsClips.
I definitely got the MVP treatment on my first visit to Sports Clips this past Saturday. My fiance is very picky as to how I cut my hair and it seems like for the last year every time I come home with a fresh cut, she complains of it being too short. All that to be said, Tiff (stylist) took what I said into consideration and hooked me up. When my fiance saw my hair she actually loved it. Way to go Tiff. The treatment was top notch and Tiff was very personal and seems to invest in her customers. Highly recommend Tiff and the Sports Clips staff to anyone looking for a new barber/stylist....10 out of 10
The wait isn’t long at all. The atmosphere is very nice and every hair stylist I’ve used has been very good.

Scheduling on the app and the MVP is what I like. What keeps me coming back is being able to select my favorite stylist, Erika! I visit bi-weekly and am ALWAYS happy! See you soon!!
