Consistency
I asked to take 1.5 inches off and showed her how much I wanted trimmed. Next thing I know she's cutting almost 3 inches off. I'm practically bald. There is nothing that can make it right. I could not have been more clear. If she didn't understand, why did she start cutting?
I was veery satisfied with the total care given to me by Tiff at the Huntington Beach location.
I like the cleanliness of the store. The staff are all friendly, but Tiff is amazing. She greets everyone who comes through the doors. She handles business very well, and she is the only one who cuts my hair. She does amazing work, great fades, great styling. As a customer "from the outside looking in", it's easy to see she's a valuable employee.
Stephanie cut my hair exactly the way I'd asked, it was my first time at Sport Clips. I'm particular with details like symmetry and a close clean finish around sides and back, I definately will return.
They take time to hear what you want.

The staff was courteous and pleasant. My issue is primarily the hair cut itself came out unexpectedly bad. So bad that I went to a second place to have them fix it.
I don’t plan on returning for that reason.

Stopped in as "walk in" and got seated immediately by Emily. She was fast, attentive and very good with scissors and worked with a gentle touch. Good value for the money even though prices have gone up ~15%--just par for the course?

We showed photos of the haircut we wanted from a previous visit, showing photos of front, side and back of my son’s hair after a great haircut at your shop. She cut his hair so much shorter than what we showed her. It looks awful. We have a vacation coming up and I am so sad that he will look so goofy in all of our family vacation photos. I’m incredibly disappointed.
