What do you like about our services?

I felt intimidated when I first walked in, but I really enjoyed the circuits that we did and I barely even looked at the clock. To me, that's a successful workout -- I'm so busy I don't have time to remember I'm working out.

What do you like about our services?

CFD has great coaching staff and supportive members. I like that it offers things like nutrition and athletic challenges. The Sunday morning muscle up specialty class was great!

What do you like about our services?

I love the coaches and the programming, especially since Dave changed it back to the old format. I love the supportive environment of Crossfit and that everything can be scaled to each person's level of fitness/strength.

What do you like about our services?

The clientele is amazing and epitomizes the vibe that is Durham. Coaching is good but the quality of coaches isn't world class like it once was. Now that I am familiar with the movements and continue to experience gains, I am very comfortable with the regiment.CFD is a huge part of my life that I rely on every week!

Everything, great facility, aeesome coaches. A great selection of class times.

What do you like about our services?

I like the atmosphere, coaches, all the equipment outside of the normal XFit gym.

The one thing that has troubled me recently is the programming. I liked the old style better with the skill/strength/WOD and sticking to the more "traditional" lifts and keeping them close to the 5-3-1 cycles.

I've since moved to my own strength programming with assistance from my regular coach and have already seen areas where atrophy has occurred. I know my goals are not the same as everyone's but I wanted to let you know that there is a handful of us who have started our own strength cycles with the assistance of the coaches to align to our goals.

I still think what you are doing is great for those new to the complex movements and why I would still recommend the gym to everyone. I just wanted to be honest and give my feedback on where I stand on the current cycle.

I like the atmosphere and the fact that the environment allows you to be competitive with yourself. Also the class structure makes you accountable to yourself.

What do you like about our services?

The trainer I had was very personable, and made great modifications to the workout due to my wrist injury. It was a good workout, without being too strenuous for someone of my fitness level.
