The stylist are very professional. They understand your needs, for cuts, styles, & products. You will never leave there being a disatisfied customer.
Arielle is does a wonderful job cutting my boys hair. My 2 year old still has a hard time with getting his hair cut, but Arielle is quick and does wonderful with him.

products seem to top of the line--- services are worth to price-- still trying to get on discount maiul coupon list= brother lives 1/4 mile away and gets discount coupons every month since we are on ss it helps us $$4 wise thanks

I was overcharged for my haircut. They charged me for beard service? but i didn’t get anything done on my beard. When asked, the cashier said something totally different. There was too many people there so I couldn’t talk to the manager.

So far my son has liked every stylist and cut received from this SportClips.
It’s very novel, particularly for a young man.
My son’s haircut is uneven in the front and they missed hair on his neck which I had to fix when he got home.
This happened last time too so we are done and never coming back
Firstly, there has been a couple of times that we notice incomplete trimming on my son’s neck and an uneven haircut.
Secondly, both my son and I had season tickets and for whatever reason the employees can not process the prepaid transaction at the register and it delays our departure.
Thirdly, since we changed locations the computer system does not retain our notes and have to direct each stylist.
Lastly, I was very confident that my son had a haircut credit on his season ticket (since he went one time less than me) and I was told that the system had none remaining. I want the manager to verify the transaction history and if I’m correct refund the last haircut charge.
At this time, I don’t plan on returning to this establishment.
