Niki my stylist did a great job on making me comfortable during my first trip. She was very personable and cared how my hair turned out. I told her how I wanted my hair styled and its exactly how I asked for it to be. I will be going back and Niki will be my stylist from her on out.

Offer better pricing from time to time, like half off.Keep stylists at one location longer. Offer a better birthday deal than you do..Get better magazines.

Although my stylist took her time,(because I insisted she does) I can sense the urgency to finish quickly in order to tend to other clients. I noticed other stylists rushing , that's a big NO-NO! Diminishes the quality of the task at hand. I've been going to a different salon for years, and my stylist always takes her time. I tip her well as a result. I did enjoy the message shampoo . My stylist was also pleasant to talk to. If I go back, I'd want her and only her to serve me.
