Honestly it just comes down to money. You guys are expensive. For the most part I've been pretty happy with your services, but it's hard to say I'd really recommend you all to a friend given the cost.
The personal attention and ongoing engagement with the trainers and nutritionist. Everyone I work with at FT seems genuinely interested in helping me meet my fitness goals, and on an ongoing basis, is attentive to any limitations I am facing on a particular day/week, and adjusts my program accordingly.

I have significantly benefited from going to fitness together at Tyson's. The workouts are very innovative it never gets boring and they are specifically tailored to my strengths and my medical weaknesses. All the staff is very accommodating and most importantly it's always fun to be there here is a shout out to my trainer Marion The most important thing is that when you sign up with them they will provide the consistency that I think many of us struggle with.
