They showed up on time, were courtesy, explained exactly what they were doing and cleaned up when done. What more could you ask for? Thanks

From the day they came out to provide an estimate I felt that they were honest and trustworthy. These were important traits as we were scammed by previous company. The estimate for deliver/ install time was accurate and the install was completed in less time than estimated. Most importantly it looks great and is well made. Thank you so very much!!!

The installers were very professional and completed our job in a very timely manner. They were also able to discuss options with me, understanding my desired outcome for the shade structure.

The experience started with Ted. Very informative and no pressure. When we decided to go with NexGen Ted facilitated the transaction. In hindsight, he under promised and over delivered. He told us the windows would be available in July. They arrived and were installed in late May, at least 6 weeks ahead of schedule. Final measurements were completed a few days after our decision to go with NexGen. Good thing because one window was missing from the original quote. Ted apologized for the error and covered the cost. The installation team led by Robert showed up on time, kept us informed of progress and did a flawless job with the installation including the trim. The job was completed on time. We couldn’t be happier with our new windows.

Josh and Chris were excellent! Hard-working, great communication, and completely respectful of the property. They advised me of every step along the way and sought my input. The work was clean and the final product was superb.
