Everything was good about the experience except when it came to scheduling the roof to be installed. There were some issues that were not addressed with proper communication even though they were transitioning to a different scheduling system.

Real Seal did a great job of diagnosing the problem after receiving several other incorrect diagnosis. Then they went out of their way to resolve the issue at a fair price and left the work area clean.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and personable. Pictures were taken so I could see what my eves looked like. Suggestions were made to make improvements for better drainage. The installers went through everything with me before they left so the work done would agree with how my yard was used. They made the adjustments with a smile and a joke. The area was neater when they left than when they had come. Great team!

Very happy with the finished product

I like the guttering because it keeps my husband off the roof, and I won’t have icicles hanging in front of my doors and windows.

We have had Leaf Guard gutters installed on two past residences. All residences including the current one are located under very large fir trees. The gutters performed very well.

My only concern was the noise when water ran down the downspout. In the past it would wake me up at night. We were told by the salesman that the gutters were larger than when we had them in the past and a "plastic chain" would be installed inside the downspout that would reduce the noise. The installer told me that in the many years he had been installing Leaf Guard, he had never seen chains installed, rather occasionally a plastic pipe would be installed inside the downspout to reduce the noise. Hopefully that won't be necessary.

The installers were very professional and polite.The two installers worked very hard, apparently missing a third. However, there were two issues.

They played music very loudly. I asked them to turn it down explaining our next door neighbor works nights and probably didn't appreciate loud music while sleeping. I didn't care for it either.
The clean up was not done well enough. We have spent the last few days picking up nails, sharp pieces of metal and screws out of yard and driveway. My husband had a large roofing nail stuck in his shoe. Our dog rolled in a large clump of a petroleum smelling caulking with a 4" screw sticking straight up that on the grass in our backyard. It won't wash off and is still stuck in some areas of her fur. I realize some missed scraps is unavoidable, but this seems like a excessive.

Overall everyone we worked with was very polite and professional. I share this feedback about misinformation and poor clean up for future jobs, not to cause trouble for employees who worked very hard on our installation.

Right from the initial sales visit, to the window measurement, scheduling, order updates and the actual installation. The installation crew worked effectively, professionally and cleanly. Very professional ,courteous , and they had plenty of patients with me seeing how I never really had gutters before , I also had a lot of questions about the system they were putting in, they shared great answers with me very knowledgeable.

We do not have any history about the roofing other than what Aaron explained to us. It looks good but we will wait to see how it lasts.
The service and two young men who installed it were very nice and informative as they installed it, and were very hard working they worked continuously from start to finish. and finished up way sooner than we thought.
all in all we are very happy with the service you have provided, and we would recommend

This was the third time we had Leaf Guard put on one of our houses over the last 25 years. Good product. This time I had some concerns about the installation and called the company. Matt and his crew were right back out to the house and addressed them for me. Good service. I have already suggested to a couple of friends that they should consider this for their homes.

These guys are awesome. From the moment we called and made an appointment till they were done, FLAWLESS!!! The guys who did the installation of our pergola and two shade structures were professional and friendly. They kept us informed and were genuinely interested in what we wanted. As I age, I have come to the conclusion that safety is paramount. The Leafgaurd gutters solved a key 'discussion' my wife has had with me. The team of installers were efficient and did a great job. I went out a sold the ladder the next day!

It hasn't rained yet so I don't have any first hand experience with your product. We chose Beldon because of your advertising and your history of being around for a long time. The gutters look really nice on our home and the men installing them we very courteous and kept us informed as they were working.

From the Sales Rep to the installers, they were all professional and pleasant to deal with.

The Pergola is beautiful and we are very happy with it. However, there is one issue that I was very disappointed with. When we spoke with the salesman and went over the things we wanted, I was very insistent that I wanted the pergola to have a beam at the edge of our cement with wood in it so that I could hang up a sun shade. He said that was no problem, he would write down that we wanted wood in both sides. Well, when the installer came he informed us that there was no way he could put the beams on the edge of the cement, and that if we wanted to hang a sun shade, it would have to hang on the outside beam. If I hang a sunscreen on the outside beam I will lose almost two feet on patio space on both sides of my patio! My husband asked several times and the installer said he couldn't do anything about it. So we have been to Lowes several times to buy wood that I have to paint and my husband somehow has to hang so I can have what I was promised, a beam over the edge of the cement so I can hang my sun shades. This in no way takes away the beauty of the pergola, but it does make me sad that the salesman promised me one thing and didn't deliver. My husband is 81 years old and has no business up on a ladder trying to hang beams so we can have our sunscreen without losing almost 4 ft. of patio space. You need to make sure your salesmen don't promise things they can't deliver.
