Great Product Line
Had a variety of choices from higher end to your average gutter system.
Clear and concise on costs, installation dates, installation period, and what they expected of the homeowner.
All of that and they showed up on time, cleaned up their own mess, and the installation was what I paid for!!!

My project was delayed due to delivery problems regarding the gutter materials. I had talked to Dana several times and was promised a $150.00 gift card. Since then, I have called the office several more times and still no card.

Now, I am happy with the gutters and the people who installed them.

However, I am very unhappy that there was no follow through on a promise given.
You had no problem processing my check and now cannot follow through!!!

Your guys did great work. The salesman was wonderful but the manager on the roofing project needs to learn a thing or to on customer service. Being a business owner myself I personally would have fired an employee for the way he had treated me. That being said it ended out ok but I came really close to just sending them all home, if my husband and I werent handicap I would have.

Being a contractor myself for over 25 years, Randy was one of the best examples of knowledge, accuracy and professionalism I've witnessed. He was calculated and small on conversations (perfect in my world). We couldn't be happier with the installation and the product. But on the office side, you guys need to step up the wandering mind of a customer. In other words, you never initiated updates or status. We always had to call you. Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Professional, timely, cleaned up after work was done and answered any of my questions where applicable. Would recommend to family, friends and work colleagues.

Installation was quick and easy and the installers did a great job answering my questions and the gutters look great.

The salesperson (Mike) was very responsive, answered all of our questions and worked with us to get what we wanted for our house (both gutters and windows). The Customer Service group was very good about communicating appointment times and following up to make sure they were still OK. The gutter install crew took care of everything and cleaned up when they were done.

Leaf guard are the top line.

We had some small issues after installation but
everyone at MLM helped to improve the finished job.
If a company responds quickly like MLM did, and they
can satisfy a client quickly, I will always recommend
that company to family and friends.

We had Leafguard for many years before I got the roof replaced and that company installed garbage gutters (Gutter King).

I wanted my Leafguards back because I didn't have to clean them for years the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There had been some upgrades so it was probably good I had to replace them.

They are expensive but well worth it.

We absolutely LOVE our new Alumawood ramada! From sales through completion, the team at Royal Covers of Az was wonderful to work with! Our ramada is a pretty large one (approx. 18' wide x 28' long), and the crew physically installing and erecting it was amazing! Dan, Gabe and Lorenzo were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, dependable, professional, and hardworking throughout the four days onsite, and were, thankfully, flexible when it came to last minute aesthetic design details. The end product is truly beautiful, and the shade our ramada now provides is greatly appreciated! Larry kept in contact throughout the entire process (not customary for a salesman, to say the least), and helped us out with names for other services we required that Royal doesn't provide. Truly a great company that stands behind their workers and the services they provide. We are sincerely happy with Royal Covers, and have already recommended them to others. We're looking forward to enjoying our maintenance-free (almost 100%, really) ramada for many, many years to come! Thank you so much!!
