Jose and his crew were hard workers. I just wish there was more accurate communication with office personnel. I was told that I had 30 days to pay off balance. I was intending to mail right after work on the day they finished but my son who is not the homeowner said they were insistent on payment. I had to rush home after a crisis at work where I was delayed from leaving.

Also, I wish I was told up front about all the dust involved so I could have been prepared to cover up things I had stored in basement.

Efficient workers and work process. Had them poly-jack the front walkway that had settled a couple of inches. Also repaired/epoxied several foundation wall cracks that had recently appeared and installed six carbon fiber straps to stabilize that same foundation wall. Real Seal also suggested and installed two 20’ underground gutter downspout extensions to prevent future problems of water accumulation on that side of our home.
