We are very happy with our new doors. Our salesman, Marshall, was very knowledgeable about your products, and guided us through our selection. The installers were prompt and courteous and it was obvious that they had many years experience.

The only issue i would like to mention is that after the installation, we noticed that our doorbell no longer works. We know it did before, because it rang several times during the installation process. We only realized that it no longer works last week, when someone tried to ring it. We don't know if a wire was pinched or broken.

Good company. Sales guy was terrific. He knows the industry. The tech who came was honest and thorough. Really enjoyed dealing with these people. Price great. They take forever to call you back, so if you are in a big rush, that’s a downside. I haven’t had a drop since repair.

We purchased gutters and Gutter Caps from Royal Contractors North Florida and we couldn't love them more! We set an appointment and an employee came out to measure and give us a free estimate. Once we decided on what we wanted, we set an appointment. The technicians did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, got the project done faster than estimated, cleaned up well after themselves and walked us through after the task was complete. They made sure to answer all our questions. Our gutters give our home an updated look and they've been so helpful with all the rain we've had! Neighbors ask about them and compliment them. We 1000% recommend Royal Contractors North Florida!

I had called a few of the big national companies that advertise all the tine. All they want to do is pressure you and if you don’t want at least a minimum of 5 or 6 new windows they don’t want to talk to you. Graboyes came out no problem. Very accommodating .They delivered what they promised even during these trying times. Their installers did an excellent job. Left the area clean and neat. The were on time ,very polite and professional. I would recommend Graboyes for any of the products and services they offer. I have not received any incentive for this recommendation.

Our quote had a quick turn around, didn’t feel pressured to complete any recommendations we couldn’t afford yet, the service we did receive was completed quickly, and the service was done well and worth the money.

Communication was efficient, installation was immediate upon arrival of the door and with friendly and very professional service.

The company was very responsive. I was able to set up an initial appointment quickly. The quote for the job arrived quickly and included everything Dale and I talked about. The person who did the work arrived on time and was efficient.

The one area that could be improved is information about what the repaired area will look like after the work is completed and instructions on how to remove the injection ports and "finish" the repaired areas. All I was told was that after 4-5 days the plastic ports could be broken off and most people can do that by hand. I'm 68 years old and I have arthritis in both hands. I can't break those ports off, and that will still leave lumps around where the ports were located. I assume I can smooth those off by sanding, but I don't own an electric sander. A bit more information up front and in writing about what will be needed after the leak is fixed would be useful.

The crew showed up and went right to working since I had made the space ready by digging up 4 big shrubs. 2 guys started the soil stabilization procedure. The other 2 guys remove soil and ledge of over pour concrete. The 2 pier rods were installed and foundation was jacked up to level.probably over 1/2" or so. Day 2 they finished soil stabilization injection and grouted all holes in the concrete. They washed down driveway and cleaned up area perfectly. The tanks on trailer leaked and spewed chemicals on driveway which ran down and made a mess. They tried to wash it down but it etched concrete pretty good.
