All the instructors are very nice and welcoming. The classes are tough and I know I will get a great workout every time I go. Also the cool lemon lavender towels at the end of class are the best after a hardcore workout.

Core Power is awesome and I was so glad to see that Laura is back in Glen Ellyn. She is knowledgable and professional. I enjoy her playlist and the oils smell awesome too. I leave feeling totally rejuvenated.
