The yoga instructors are all very knowledgeable and approachable about any and all questions about yoga. I like that there are a variety of classes and times for those classes. Great atmosphere!!

I feel at home and welcomed every time I am at the studio. The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming. The teachers are professional but not in an unfriendly way, it's very easy to approach teachers or staff when I need a question answered. I appreciate all that CorePower Yoga has done for me and continues to do. I am a better person because of the teachers and staff at CorePower.
I've been coming to Corepower for about 4-5 years now, in both the city and Park Ridge location. I love the variety of classes and instructors. Everyone brings something unique to their class. I also like the variety of times to take classes. Some of the city locations offer more classes throughout the day but being able to take from multiple locations offers me a lot of flexibility. One thing that definitely stands out about Park Ridge is the amazing cold towels at the end of class!!

Your studio is very clean, organized, and contemporary. The staff is friendly. The yoga class was well instructed and supervised with the instructor walking around offering cues and adjustments.
I took a Sculpt class on Saturday, 5/10, at 1:30 PM. I forgot the instructor's name but she was amazing.
