The environment was clean, uncluttered - I actually really like the black ceiling. The instructor was great - not too chatty but really pleasant and nice. She put us through a great workout. She also, paid personal attention to each student. I enjoyed the cold, lavendar infused towel at the end. It was a great, positive first experience for me.

The yoga sculpt class is one of the bear classes I have taken. My strength and flexibility is to a whole new level. I really like when the teachers incorporate cardio/boot camp style exercises in the course. I always know when I go to a class I will be sore for days. And I always feel great about what I was able to do after class. Not only is the class structure great but the teachers are amazing. Shiela and Sarah K are my favorite!! (All the teachers are amazing but wanted to give a shoutout to them). I have definitely recommended this studio to all my friends!
