Everyone was so friendly. I also liked the cold towels at the end. I normally go to the West Loop studio and we do not have those added to our classes.
Most everyone is very kind, motivating, eager and pleasant at every facility. The studios are very well thought out in design and layout. I love the heat, it inspires me to work harder. I love the diversity of the classes, they give a wonderful result for the end of every will.

I love the environment. It is relaxing and friendly and easy for beginners to start. I like the variety of classes and the only change would be more staggered start times, but I know that would require a bigger area with more studios. Overall, it was my favorite way to exercise, and I know that it is better than other studios that I have gone to. A little pricey, but sometimes relaxation and pampering for the body and soul is expensive.
Groupon to get people hooked and the free week helps. Would not have even tried it otherwise.

I love the atmosphere at cpy; it offers a moment of peace and an escape from our busy lives.
Great instructors, beautiful space, always seem to have a big selection of products/clothing. The locker rooms are kept clean and everyone respects each other's belongings and keeping a calm, quiet environment.

I already have! I love yoga sculpt and the frequency with which you offer the class (although more times would be awesome!). Its clean, staff is friendly, and its very convenient to my home.
The teachers are great, they're very knowledgeable, and that the facility is well-maintained.
The instructors are so friendly and attentive, ensuring that I feel comfortable during class. Knowing that I'm totally new to yoga and the ryder class, they went over moves and positions and made subtle corrections, always giving me encouragement with a nod or a smile. I'm enjoying my experience so much, my daughter has joined and attends classes with me.
The classes were hot but not so hot I thought I might get heat stroke (like some other classes I have been to). The instructors are positive, encouraging and let you move at your own pace. I like that an 8:00 weeknight class is offered. That works best with my schedule. I'm able to get home from work and have dinner without feeling rushed to get to a class.

The class and teacher were very good. The class was true to the description when it said all levels. I am a beginner and did not feel intimidated at all. The teacher Very accommodating of students needs during their practice. Also, very clean and relaxing space, and I like the lavender towels at the end. :)
Instructors! I can remember their names but there was a guy who subbed a 1.5 last week and then a woman (maybe Christine?) who taught sculpt on Saturday morning. As a new mom trying to get back in shape they are not only motivating but fun and so very helpful and welcoming.
I like the variety of classes and class times.
I just finished my first two yoga sessions. I've been a runner and always scoffed at yoga. It is such a good workout. I commend my wife on doing yoga and thank her for introducing. The instructors were great and infoatice and I sweat a lot more than I ever expected.
Lots of class and teacher choices. Convenient location and easy parking. Love the big studio and the locker rooms are always clean, comfortable and well-stocked.
Only been to one class but she was able to explain each exercise and gave great cues
