I love the workouts and the camaraderie at the studio:) I was never a "yoga" person, but have been at CPY since January and am hooked! It's a slow progression, but I feel it is changing my body where I had hit a plateau with other workouts before.

I love the professionalism yet welcoming atmosphere of the AH studio. I quickly felt included in the Corepower family, and appreciate the friendliness and dedication of the staff. It is clear that all instructors are well versed in yoga knowledge, and that they greatly value their yoga practice. I also appreciate the extra accommodations of the studio including lemon-lavender cloths and hairspray in the locker room. These additions may seem minor, but I notice their absence when I attend classes in Chicago studios, and greatly appreciate them at AH!

Facilities, staff the whole experience is wonderful every time I come in. I like that the classes are taught the same by each instructor rather than pieced together as is with other places I have.gone. This allows me to get better , in my practice.
