The facility is very clean.
I've had numerous instructors for the yoga sculpt, all of whom I've enjoyed.
I like the quietness the classes offer and I love the movie app where you can look up a class, location, and cancellations.

What do you like about our services?

Everyone I met at CPY-H was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The Yoga and Ryder classes were challenging, but the instructors were very hands on and helpful.
