The instructor was great! The class was easy to follow and still challenging. The overall customer service and amenities where superb. I also felt very safe which is a big factor for me in anywhere I go. The cold lavender/lemon cloths were the absolute best! An overall amazing experience. thank you for making a location in my town!

I LOVE the Yoga Sculpt class. I'm not that into the other classes as much - I find them a bit slow paced and not as challenging. I wish there were more options similar to the Scupt class.

I do like Old Orchards C1 Yoga Scedual. I just signed up for the one in Glenview and are hoping they will have the same C1 classes availabe in the evenings at 8:30 and Weekend at 10:30!
The studio is run very professionally. Classes start exactly on time. Instructors are well trained, pleasant and feel good to be around. Number of classes available each day is fantastic.
The classes I participated in were intense and challenging, something I prefer in a workout, and the instructors clear, articulate and soothing.

The teachers are welcoming to every participant in class and they constantly move around. Plus the studio has windows and that makes every class better!
I like everything at CPY. The schedule is great for working moms and the variety works for me well. The studio is clean, staff is friendly and I have never been in a class where an instructor was less than kind and supportive and encouraging.
Britt-Marie, Massimo and Tiffini are wonderful. They stand out for me but I would not hesitate to take any class that worked with my schedule. In a perfect world I would be there everyday....usually it is more like 4-5 times a week. :-)
