Friendly, personal, very clean, spa-like atmosphere, good music, good teachers that tell you how to tweak your poses, great work out, it makes me have the best feel good kinda tired when I'm done!
It's very calming. I come from a long day of school an working and it really realxes me. I have already recommended core power to many of my friends an family. I think it's a great place to be an relax. Since core I have also signed up for lifetime fitness, so it has gotten me to want to workout an get back into shape. The only thing I don't like about it is that sometimes when middle school girls come in an try to do yoga with there friends it gets annoying because there always so loud an annoying. They don't come because they genuinely like yoga, they come because they think it's the new cool an trendy things to do. An yes it is, but for more mature people those 14 an younger girls get very annoying. I know you guys cant do anything about that, but I just thought that I express that to you an I can bet you feel somewhat the same.
Almost all instructors are friendly and make you seem welcome.

The instructors are very kind and helpful and I like that the doors get locked so late arrivals don't distrupt the class
I appreciate the frequency and variety of classes and the instructors are also very good.
I would recommend it; although I wish there was more restorative yoga classes available! Earlier than the last class would be nice too! They always seem to be full, so I think people would like more. Sometimes in these cold winter months I don't like to go out at 8:15 at night. It Iwould be nice to offer restorative in the early evening. This is the kind of yoga I am interested in and what my body needs.

I'm brand new to yoga, but I'm very impressed with pretty much every instructor I've had classes with; knowledgeable, personable and patient.

I have never loved a yoga studio more! I recently moved to elmhurst from the city and went to a bikram studio there. I love corepower so much more! I think the elmhurst studio has a great community feel and the instructors are some of the best I have ever had! Because of the elmhurst studio, I am actually excited and motivated to go to classes more! I recommend to friends constantly!
The instructor was very knowledgeable about what she was teaching. She took the time to offer modifications. She asked our permission to correct our posture, before walking around the room and correcting it. It was obvious that she felt comfortable teaching the class, and that she had a genuine love of yoga. I will take that class again when I can, and recommend it as well.
The staff is very patient and takes the time to explain the classes as well as determine what is the best fit for the student.

Instructors are very patient and helpful and made everyone feel really good about themselves even if they couldn't do everything that the people around them were doing.
The teachers really know there stuff. Lisa, Paula, Melina are 3 of my favorites. Lisa is the best there. She knows so much and keeps getting better. The key to a good company is your staff. Most of your staff is great. Some are not so friendly but I just don't go to there classes.

The instructors are amazing, very helpful, non intimidating and make me feel right at home!! I've never tried yoga before and now I'm addicted!! I wake up looking forward to going to class :)!!
