It was soooooo relaxing and I felt wonderful after leaving there. Jzarvonni was awesome!!! She really worked hard on some of the knots I had on my right side. When she finally got one to release it was refreshing. That night I slept so sound that my dogs had a hard time waking me the next morning!!!! Can not wait to go back!!!

The last two massages my wife and I have gotten were very subpar and the therapist seemed like they didn’t want to be there and it felt like lazy massages we won’t be coming back!

I have had many massages over the years, so I was extremely disappointed with Jzarvonni. I told her my areas of tension (neck/upper traps), and she just did an all over general massage without any focus on that area. A went with a friend, and she was offered a head/neck/back massage only - which I was not. Afterward, I was not given any water, she did not check and make sure I was okay, simply said “our time has concluded” and walked out. I actually ended up feeling like my spine was out of alignment afterward, which had never happened after any massage in the past. I’m very disappointed and was really hoping for a great experience.

I like the ease of looking for appointments with the app and website. I like that Rose books my appointments at the same time and day, and if there is a conflict, she talks to me about it. I like the text reminder and confirmation so I can cancel if needed, and so I won't forget the appointment! I like that I can book at different locations, though getting the systems to allow you to change locations is challenging.

I paid full price for a 30-minute massage. I accidently go the times mixed up. The lady up front did not budge on helping me with changing the schedule so I had to pay full price. It was truly a rip off. The lady who did my massage was stuffy and sniffling all over me and rubbing her nose as she massaged me. When I was upright, she was breathing hard all over my face. It was very uncomfortable, and I did not enjoy the massage at all. On contrary, I did enjoy the hydrofacial massage and it was good experience. I dont think I will go back to LaVida again. Thanks
