I am very pleased with my experience and progress at Fitness Together. However, I do not know many people who would be able to pay the price for this very personal approach to staying fit. I wish is was more affordable so that more people could benefit.

The personal attention. Providing the motivation to persist in maintaining an excersise regime that is extremely difficult to do on ones own. The routines provided by the different “guides” are challenging, but not discouraging. A very good balance.
