Customer service comes naturally to the employees of Fleet Feet. Every time I go in for shoes or flip flops the Customer Service Agent provides several options and this store stands behind the products they sell. If the shoe doesn't fit right or is uncomfortable when you try it out on a run or walk, take it back. They will help you get a shoe that works for you. I'll never buy running shoes anywhere else.

Staff members are knowledgeable and take the time to get me properly fitted. I have a high arch, small heel with wide footbed, and overpronate, so it takes time to find the right shoe.
