I returned to your store last year to purchase new shoes and the employee kept insisting that I needed a 9 and my foot kept slipping out. I asked her to please bring me a 81/2 to try on said she would when I tried it on same thing happened she has once again gave me a 9. I walked out and said to myself you will never return. Since I was on that side of town I decided to try one more time. So glad I did. The nicest young man helped me. Was so pleasant helpful and just visited like we were old friends. I recommend him to my friend this am as I showed her my new shoes. He was excellent in given customer service.
