The staff is very knowledgeable and very relaxed. There is no pressure to buy, they seem genuinely happy that you want to run and they want to help. I find their prices very competitive and I love that they make sure the shoe really fits and you are pleased before you leave the store. I love it there!

Services: Every time I am in the Fleet Feet store on Oracle/Suffolk in Tucson, AZ I am greeted as I walk in the door, the staff is ALWAYS pleasant, and the store feels very cozy and inviting. No one is ever pushy nor do they try to sell their products. They listen to their customers. The products sell themselves.
Products: I have never purchased a bad product here. As a matter of fact I recently purchased a pair of Oofos and felt like I was walking on a cloud. I even contacted my sister in Florida and had her go buy a pair at the Fleet Feet the Renaissance Centre in Altmonte, Florida. She has severe plantars faciitus. She purchased a pair and is raving about them. It is the best, most comfortable sandal she has ever worn. I love mine as well. I also purchased a new pair of walking shoes that are fabulous.
The combination of service and products make Fleet Feet my go to store when I want a good shoe or sandal that fits properly and is good for my feet.

Clay took excellent care of my needs for a new shoe, prompted by the onset of plantar fasciitis. We discussed my doctor's recommendations, and Clay showed knowledge of the problem and how it can persist, as well as understanding how feet change some over time, affecting shoe selection.
