I always appreciate the knowledge and expertise the sales people have. I am difficult to fit and it takes patience....on their part and mine....to find a shoe. They do their best and are professional. My sales person was Clay and he was fantastic and patient. Kudos to him! I do feel frustrated that I always walk out about $200.00 poorer and feel I might find what I need less expensive online (I do get insoles and that adds about $50 each time), but I am a loyal customer. :-)

Visited the store several times recently, trying to find the best fit for workout shoes. I worked with a couple of sales people all very helpful in finding the right shoe. They had a pair of shoes moved from a local store overnight and had them available to me by 9:00 the next morning. Great staff And thanks to Patrick for his help today as well as his military service to our country. I will be back for my next pair.
The young man who assisted me in getting a pair of athletic shoes was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about fitting shoes to meet particular needs (knees that hurt) AND friendly. I will return to your store for any future athletic wear purchases I may need and have already recommended your store to others.

This paired with knowledgable employees who can help with something as simple as tying the shoe differently to get the perfect fit, in an otherwise shoe you might rule out. As an older man (62) I went to the Fleet Feet located on Oracle looking for an exercise walking shoe. I had the great fortune of having Molly as my Sales Person. She did a wonderful job of listening to what I was looking for in a shoe, as well as what the special issues were with my feet. Not only was she very helpful, but also extremely pleasant. I purchased a pair of New Balance 840 shoes and have been wearing them for my 4.5 mile morning walks. They fit great and I don't experience the discomfort and fatigue that I did with my old shoes. I always get fitted with work out shoes at Fleet feet. This time I had a bunion issue and Mercedes fitted me with an excellent New Balance shoe with a lot of cushioning. I've always worn Brooks or
Adidas workout shoes. I did buy the New Balance Shoes and after using them for a 2 hr. workout this morning, they were fabulous..... Thank you Mercedes for recommending them....I love them....I'll only go to Fleet Feet for future shoes......Thank You......
