Suzie was outstanding! If for no other reason, she would be why we would recommend others visit Fleet Feet. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she was kind and patient. You should fill your stores with more Suzies, we cannot say enough about the awesome service we received from her. The fact we got cool shoes was just icing on the cake.

Staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Service was simple and efficient. Staff understood that I was there to buy a pair of shoes, they helped me, and weren't trying to force a certain product, or try to pester me into buying extra stuff. Because of all of these factors, I am very likely to return for more than just shoes.
The sales associates are always very helpful in finding the right fit. My husband suffered a stroke 4 years ago and a good fit is really important. We are always happy when we leave.

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I was educated on the different options that would be appropriate for me and the fit process itself was described so that I understood what would be the best for my feet, including some great socks. I appreciated that the service was not intimidating and made me feel welcome; especially since I don't really know anything about proper fit and haven't shopped for running/walking shoes in ages. This was some of the best service I have experienced in a retail environment, by far.

I like that Fleet feet has an in-house brand. To me, it's a fail safe choice because I know the company stands behind their product.
I went in with a friend to hang out while he got fitted. I enjoyed the sales associates demeanor, manner of concern, humor and interest in a well fitted shoe that I decided to have hm fit me for a pair of shoes as well as insoles too. His name is Clay and he works at the store located on Tanque Verde Rd. in Tucson, AZ.

My wife and I received excellent one on one customer service from the agent assisting us. We were fitted, recommendations were made, and several options were presented for us to try on and make a decision. We both were extremely pleased with this shopping experience in a comfortable store.
To have a knowledgeable sales person help find the correct shoes for the needs of my feet. Also having various quality brands to pick from.
Product is great but prices are high on some products such as hydration systems. The service is good. People are knowledgeable about products, curtiouse and patient. Very helpful when making a selection on footwear. I run 40 to 50 miles weekly so footwear selection is critical. I will come back.
WE liked the service, we had to travel between stores but everything was handled in good fashion. This our 2nd trip. My wife and I both bought shoes.
I have bought shoes from Fleet Feet before! The reason for coming in the first time was to get inserts due to plantar fasciitis! This time We came in to purchase new runners! Patrick greeted us coming in and from that point on was extremely helpful! He listened to me and helped me find the right shoes! Patrick was a great salesperson as well as a great person!
