My expectations remain about the service provided by the staff. It is never about the products for me. Service, Service, Service. That is all that matters. I have been with the manager of the location for almost a year and she has been great. I asked her why the number of customers has increased and she said, "I believe it is about having consistent stylist, consistent management and consistent service to our customers." She is absolutely right but it starts with the management. For those who believe that it does not start with management you might want to think about your previous managers. This is a very smart manager and see nothing but greater opportunities and success for Ms. King. She is what makes the difference and that includes hiring the right staff. I will continue to go this location as long as Ms. King is there. Once she is promoted and leaves I will most likely look for a new place to get my hair cut. It is that important.

Nice stylists. 9 times out of 10 I get a great haircut and that 1 other is still good. Love the head massage with MVP. Almost puts me to sleep!

Walk in and get taken care of. My schedule is never set from day to day so I have to be able to walk in whenever. Friendly staff does a good job.
