What I wanted as far as my style, length etc. jade was very open and understanding of the situation with covid-19 and asked me multiple questions regarding hairstyle. Products are great and the app is super helpful to determine when I should leave my residence.

We just think our stylist, Elayna that we met there a few on the back, is really awesome. She is what keeps us coming back to Sports Clips.

I like the online checking thing. I wish I could do it over the phone when I have an account because I used to get locked out cuz I couldn't remember my password. Probably one of my favorite parts is going there and having a new person to talk to about nothing important. I think it's very important that the stylist engages with the customer.

The app is great! Scheduled an appointment within 15 minutes of getting on line. Walked in and was in the chair in less than 5 minutes. Andi @ Neil st. location in Champaign, IL was great. Gave me a great haircut, despite never having cut my hair before.
