I liked the manner in which the salesperson appeared knowledgeable about the shape of my foot and which shoes would be a good fit. By having me walk outside and watch me walking from the front and back gave the impression the shoe fit was taken seriously.

I love the friendly staff, who are genuinely interested in helping you find the right products to fit your running needs. As runners themselves, they understand the importance of having the right shoe to keep your feet as comfortable as possible on those long runs. I think the selection of shoes is great; lots of choices for all type of feet. I would like to see a little more selection in the apparel, but of the selections they have, it seems like they've already narrowed it down to the best two or three for me and I just have to chose my favorite. I love my trips to Fleet Feet and will continue to use them for my running needs.

I never before have been fitted for a running shoe and without having to tell them they found what insole I needed for my shoe and then brought me several shoes to try on. After, trying them all on and seeing fit my Fleet Feet staff member made sure I choose the right running shoe that would support my foot and absorb the shock when walking,running, and exercising. I once was a grab and go but now that I understand fit I will never go back.

The bes part was that way that we were treated. It was extremely professional and the sales staff were the best. They were knowledgable and helpful. They ensured that everything was a perfect fit and tried and tested each item prior to us making our purchase. They made recommendations about what we needed, or what would work best in our application, but did not ever get pushy with us.
