I like the ability to return shoes that have been worn. A shoe feels a lot different on a real run than it does for a few steps in front of the store, so you can't always tell at the store that it doesn't agree with your feet/knees.

The customer service is top notch and every employee is so friendly and helpfull. I bought a fuel belt last year and used it in the Lewis and Clark run and hatted it. I even lost a bottle on the run. I took it back to the store and they exchanged it for a different type of belt and there were no worries about the lost bottle. I love my new belt and will be a customer for as long as I can run.
