The personal attention and experience of the associates
Even with the huge amount of folks waiting to get fitted, i didn't feel rushed or presured to make a decision. I ended up walking out of there with a brand of shoe I swore I would never wear again due to the pain they caused my feet. The girl that helped me, asked me to give them a chance and I did.....Wow, my runs are so much more comfortable now. I also found out i was wearing the wrong size...who knew!

Cole in your Chesterfield store was great in explaining the fitting process. I am training for a 1/2 marathon and am not a runner but with my new fitting shoes, I must say that running is quite a bit more comfortable than it used to be.
The tech that serviced both my husband and my daughter was very knowledgable and helpful. She worked with us until both of them had shoes that fit their needs and feet (and Saturday was a very busy day). The time and service given was very appreciated.

As an avid runner I would go no where else to purchase my shoes. The staff is awesome and will get you in the right pair of shoes...and the best thing if they don't feel right they will take them back and get you in the right pair of shoes. Just finished the Chicago Marathon on shoes fitted by Fleet Feet on a brand I would not normally purchase but the sales rep was right and shoes worked great for me on my first marathon.
