We have purchased several items for myself and my son who is in cross country. We have always had very nice caring people that have waited on us. We have even been demonstrated on how to do stretches to help the legs. Can't find a better shoe to wear. Other items are suggested that may help with training/running. Thanks for everything.

The entire staff knows running. They trouble shoot and help diagnose and only recommend the greatest gear. I could buy cheaper shoes online but always give the store my business.
Liz was the person helping me & she was extremely helpful. She took the time to help pick out a pair of sneakers and educated me in the process. I can't say enough as she also assisted me in sizing some exercise clothes. Very thoughtful person

The guy that waited on me and I apologize I can't remember his name was extremely knowledgeable. I am overweight and felt odd coming in for running shoes but I was quickly put at ease and didn't feel judged.
He helped me pick out a shoe to get me started and it was much appreciated. He took the time to explain everything in great detail.
