The employees are always friendly when I go in the stores, no matter which one I go into. You can order my size shoe, which is an odd size.

The service was fantastic. One on one for an hour picking out the right walking shoe. The salesperson kept coming up with suggestions if there was a problem with fit. Very good experience.

You take the time to measure my feet, check to see how the shoe fits, and watch how I run and walk in the shoe. The best service and attention to detail.
Great customer service and one on one attention
The store was very busy the day I was in to get a new pair of running shoes. People were coming in picking up packets for a race, several other customers were in, etc. Cole took his time explaining everything and giving me several options from which to chose. I never felt any pressure to hurry, or to buy anything I wasn't really sure I'd like. I was very happy with my visit to your store and I am enjoying my new shoes!
