It's only been a few days since I purchased my shoes with the added insert but I do feel relief as the pain is reduced. In my particular case I believe the insert is so important in correcting my fallen arches.
My salesgirl, Erin, was most helpful and informative in the selection process of what shoe was needed for me. The cost was higher than I have paid in the past for athletic shoes but I've reached the age(60) that I had to look at the purchese as a wise investment in my daily comfort. By any chance, does Fleet Feet produce any dress shoes? lol!

The salesperson who helped me (slim, blond, freckles, pretty) was VERY patient with me. She spent 1 1/2 hours helping me get the correct fit, and showing me other ways to lace my shoes. Also, I really like the quality of products you sell.

Mostly I like that you have 2E width for women because that is hard to find! Also, it was nice to have a little play area for the kids since it does take some time getting fitted! The store was clean and the staff helpful! These are the reasons I will return!

I like how much attention the salespeople pay to you when they are servicing you. No other store I can think of (except for car dealers) give you the service Fleet Feet does. Your salespeople also always know so much about your products, I feel that I am leaving with the perfect shoe for me. I have purchased three pairs of running shoes, many socks, and compression sleeves at your Chesterfield store, and I am always beyond happy with my purchases.
