The service was friendly and professional. The sales associate not only measured my foot, but allowed me to take a quick jog outside the store in a few different pairs of shoes. I like the personal fit of my shoes. The salesperson really took the time to explain the difference between all of the different shows I was trying on. He didn't automatically try to sell me the most expensive shoes in the store. He really gave me the right shoes for my running style. After one visit to this store, I won't go anywhere else to buy my running shoes.

I loved the fact that someone actually watches you walk and then knows what shoe would work for you! I had problems with blisters so bad.... since I bought socks and shoes from u guys, I havent had one blister or hot spot. Thank you Fleet Feet!

Everyone seems knowledgeable about running and the best shoes for your feet. I appreciate your refund policy. I had trouble with blisters once and you let me exchange the shoes even after I ran in them a few times. I recently received a schedule of events that you sponsor and appreciate you for having them available to participate in. You offer events for any runner no matter what their level is. A friend of mine recommended you to me. She said I would never know how uncomfortable I've been until I try on shoes at Fleet Feet. She was right.

Wednesday was my first trip to Fleet Feet. I assumed it would be more expensive for running shoes, but after searching for almost a month to find new shoes I decided to give it a try. Upon entering everyone was very friendly and I was helped right away. Thad brought out multiple pairs of shoes and we couldn't find one with the perfect fit. Then he enlisted the help of Jamie, who has similar foot size/width issues. Between both of them we were able to find 2 great pairs of shoes. I was there for over an hour and they were very apologetic for taking my time, but I did not mind in at all. At no point did I feel that I was pressured to purchase shoes or any accessories. I especially appreciated Thad's advice on running as I am starting to consider working toward a half marathon. I will definately shop here again.
We like everything!! I am especially thankful for the customized fitting and the time that is spent with each person in finding the right shoe. My daughter tried on serveral pairs of shoes and our sales consultant was patient and kind as we went through each pair.
