Fleet feet is one of the best examples of customer services. When I started running again I had a hard time finding a pair shoes. I was able to take them back and get a different pair every time. The staff is super helpful. I have recommend fleet feet to at least 3 other people. I wish you carried the five fingers.

The one-to-one service is invaluable, especially because you look at the whole foot and ankle and explain what you see and why a particular shoe is the right one.
The personal care given by fleet feet when I came in---everybody's feet are unique and fleet feet paid close attention to find the best fitting shoe (and inserts) for my feet. The associate that worked with me was very polite, knowlegeable, and explained very well the considerations for finding the best fit.
The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. My son is a XC runner and is hard to fit, but the staff always finds a shoe for him! Also, I like the reward coupons!

The service I received at my last visit was wonderful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the sales lady helped me find everything I was looking for, but didn't push me to buy more than I wanted (major points!). When I explained that budget was an issues she showed my items in my price range. She was very enthusiastic and seemed to genuinely love her job. And she gave me all sorts of tips for winter running.
