I like the fact that everything about me is stored on your computer. Plus, the sales personnel are so personable and genuine. I just really enjoy taking 30 minutes to chat and buy shoes talking about my old races and times with them...they are good listeners even if I'm not a world champion runner. They encourage me in my current stage of running and life which that makes me feel good.
The employees always seem to have a lot of knowledge about the products you carry, and are friendly. I have never be dissatisfied with a product from your store.

Although I didn't purchase shoes this time, I originally started to frequent Fleet Feet because of the time they took making sure I had a good fit. Like the other sports clothes.
I liked the consultative approach and the time and effor the sales associate spent with me. I left with a pair of shoes that feel great! My only suggestion to folks I recommend (and I will) is to set an appointment as I waited for over 30 minutes before my number was called. I was close to leaving when my number was called.
The selection of shoes was great. I went in not knowing what I needed, just that I wanted a shoe that could transition from walking to running eventually. Tim, took his time in explaining the options, taking measurements for a proper fit and then brought out a few selections to try. He spent alot of time understanding my needs, and my budget. After trying on several brands and shoes, and then watching me walk in them, I narrowed the choice to two. When I though that either shoe would work, and I couldn't make up my mind, Tim suggest I choose then on the style. Never once did he push the price, just the fit. I never felt rushed in making the decision either. I really appreciated Tim's time and knowledge. I definetly will be back.

"right" shoes. The associate that helped me during my most recent visit was extremely helpful and patient while I picked out the shoes that fit the best, which is important to me.

personal fitting, no rush. I brought my 75 year old mother in after back surgery and your staff was very helpful, kind, and patient. I won't buy athletic shoes anywhere else.
The person who helped me greeted me right away and helped me find exactly what I needed for my first time shopping for cold weather running gear. The quality of the clothing is excellent.

It was our first trip to the store. Our clerk, Cole took his time explaining how everything worked and how he would fit my shoes. He also explained alot of things about other products sold at Fleet Feet. There was absolutely no pressure to buy more than what we originally planned to purchase. My shoes were a Christmas gift therefore I just recently began wearing them. I love the fit and feel of my shoes and will return and have recommended this store to friends.
The service is very good. The staff is friendly and know how to fit even hard to fit feet. I was pleased with the service and the shoes.
