The fitting service, employee background, variety of product, and location were all pluses. I frequented the store throughout high school. I attended Marquette High School. I knew Mr. Koziatek (sp?) as an assistant coach. He was (is?) an employee at the Chesterfield Commons store.
The sales person listened and was very helpful to find a possible solution for my son with flat feet. We have asked many different people at many store for years and we think her suggestion was the best ever. She was very observent and added new information about "the problem".

I love the information that I get when being measured for shoes. This is my third pair of shoes from FF and after my first fitting a couple years ago I thought it was amazing how they asked questions about my knees and other injuries and then could find a shoe that would help with those problems.
You have a great variety and your staff is knowledgeable about your products. I have to say the favorite part to me is that your staff uses the products and can tell me there difference and speak from experience. Loved it!! The guy that was working there had skipped my number and I had been waiting for awhile. He did go get another sales person and she took great care of me even though the store was ready to close, I never felt rushed. I will definitely be back and I have already told my friends!
