I really like the way you take the time to make certain your customers get the shoe that is right for them. I really considered just ordering a running shoe online, but I was concerned that I wouldn't get the right shoe for me. I knew if I shopped at Fleet Feet I would be given individualized attention and that you would take all the time I needed for you to fit me with the right shoe.
The service was excellent, unmeasurable. However, after just one wearing my shoes began to squeak. My plans are to return the shoes for an exchange. I don't believe a $145.00 pair of shoes should squeak.

I also like that you can buy a shoe and if they truly are not a good fit, you take them back for full credit. Sometimes you just don't know until you wear them at home. I recommend your store to ALL and have sent many of my friends and family to the Chesterfield Valley store!!!
It's a personal fitting tailored just to me. You don't receive that in all stores and it makes a big difference in which shoe is best. The people are attentive and like their job which goes a long way.

I like that Fleet Feet employees takes the time to really listen and help you. One shoe does not fit all! They offer you a variety of options and I never feel hurried or pushed. I don't just leave with a pair of tennis shoes that fit, i've left with an exceptional experience. In todays world, that says a lot!

Your employees are great. When I was training for my first 1/2 marathon, the girl spent a lot of time with me talking about nutrition and all the beans and drinks etc. Gave me lots of treat tips on training and actual race day. I really felt like she card.
