I walked into the store no knowing what to expect. I just starting a running program and didn't know the first thing about purchasing the correct shoes. Shoes are shoes -- right? Well, I learned quickly that that isn't true. Everyone's feet are different and they have different needs. I worked with Jaime and she was very patient in explaining what features were important in a shoe and walked me through determining which shoe would be best for me. We also covered how a foot works and what you can add to your shoe to compensate for that. In the end it was my decision on which shoe & insert to purchase. The decision was based upon what Jaime told me about what I should be looking for and how it actually felt. She did not pressure me on which shoe would work best for me. I appreciated that. It wasn't a hard sell at all. I will definitely be a long term customer.

My son and I visited Fleet Feet to get shoe inserts for his Army boots right before he shipped out. The salesperson was so knowledgable and helpful. He explained the various options and made recommendations based on the end use of the inserts. I would definitely recommend Fleet Feet to anyone looking for expert advice on good fitting comfortable footwear for running or other sports or activities.

You all are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I returned a pair of shoes and the sales associate was not going to let me leave until we fitted me with another pair of shoes that were perfect for me. I have since done a long run in them and they were great ! It's nice to know I have a place to get my running gear from that I can trust completely.

I love the personal attention. It was not until I bought my first pair of running shoes at Fleet Feet that my heel and arch pain went away. They do a wonderful job fitting you in shoes or inserts that are perfect for your feet.
I like the personal fittings and recommendations for better foot comfort. I love that if they don't fit or feel right after wearng you can come in someone will work with you until you get what is needed. So nice to shop somewhere that the person fitting your shoes ACTUALLY knows what they are doing! :)

For the first time ever in retail experience I felt my associate was recommending a shoe because it was best for my me and not based on price or because it was the model being pushed that week. The experience was not only enlightening but fun...which is important when you're putting your feet in a strangers face. They won't be strangers for long though because I'm taking all of mine & my family's business to Fleet Feet.
