Associate was very courteous and knowledgeable.
I strive to run five times a week but never took the time to research and invest in the right shoes. Sam helped me get a 3D rendering of my food and match me with a couple shoe types that worked best with my foot structure. I appreciate the knowledge and no pressure to buy a certain type of shoe. The difference the right shoe makes on your run is unfathomable. I don't have the words to explain here. I do know one thing, I will not go anywhere else for running shoes.
The service was very thorough, it made me feel special. And receiving a quality product that best suited my needs. Many people complain about no customer service that is the last thing lacking here. I watched other people in the store receiving the same quality of service I received.

Love Fleet Feet. I’m pregnant with twins and my feet are currently huge from swelling. I went into Fleet feet and they did their scanning thing and the very first pair of shoes pulled out actually fits! Makes it so easy, especially when you have circumstances that make it really tough to find a good fit!

I came in looking for running shoes as I train for my first half marathon and have had a few setbacks with injuries. Tracey was great from the moment I walked in. I had such a great time working with her and learning more about how my foot scan will effect my running, and which shoes would help. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and personable. She even took the time to write down her running schedule recommendations to help me get back on track after my setback. Above and beyond! My only complaint is that I spent more money than I planned and will likely come back to spend more! Haha!
